Clearly it has been a difficult year for a building project (we started on site about a month before the first lock-down) but RCA have remained on top of the situation. They have frequently gone above-and-beyond to ensure that COVID-related restrictions and potential issues getting materials and products into the island have caused the minimum of delay to the programme and without any impact on the quality.

We were recommended to use RCA because of their eye for detail and finishes. Our house design is not typical and we have been quite specific regarding certain construction details, products and materials. RCA have worked with us, adopting a flexible and open-minded approach to problem solving and guiding us based on experience where necessary. We have been reassured throughout that they are committed to a high-quality end product.
